SALEEM 將替代原SASO CoC

從2018年1月1日起，SALEEM 將開始實施，此項目與SASO CoC將會并行一段時間。

我們想要通知您即將取代目前SASO CoC的重大項目變化。我們希望供應(yīng)鏈的各端:制造商、進(jìn)口商以及出口商都能對此有清晰的了解，因而我們建議您也可將次信息分享給您所有的SASO CoC合作伙伴。

“建立消費者對市場上在售產(chǎn)品的信任度”以及"確保買賣雙方的公平貿(mào)易”是沙特阿拉伯商業(yè)部（MoCI）的兩個戰(zhàn)略性目標(biāo)，這也是“阿拉伯國家轉(zhuǎn)型計劃2020”中的一部分。為達(dá)成這些戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)，MoCI計劃實施了“產(chǎn)品安全計劃”即SALEEM。

關(guān)于SALEEM

SALEEM是集設(shè)定法規(guī)、技術(shù)要求和控制措施為一體的綜合體系，其目標(biāo)在于確保本土產(chǎn)品與進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品的安全。同時也是為了確保立法和管理部門能提供有效的服務(wù)，即可通過這項措施來確保產(chǎn)品符合技術(shù)法規(guī),特別是涉及到健康、安全、環(huán)境和能源保護(hù)相關(guān)的基本技術(shù)法規(guī)來保證其安全性。

重大變化Tips

1.SALEEM是一項關(guān)于前往沙特阿拉伯的產(chǎn)品及批次貨物符合性認(rèn)證的新評估項目。

2.SALEEM項目推出了一個新的在線申請系統(tǒng)，稱為“SABER”。

3.SABER是由SASO設(shè)計配合SALEEM實施的網(wǎng)絡(luò)工具，用于產(chǎn)品注冊、發(fā)行和獲取CoC。

4.根據(jù)SABER，產(chǎn)品將根據(jù)風(fēng)險類別分為：高 - 中 - 低。根據(jù)風(fēng)險類別，將采用不同的符合性檢驗程序。

5.符合性驗證將由NormalTCI諾莫檢測（電話：13486111918）等SALEEM注冊認(rèn)可的符合性評估機(jī)構(gòu)（R-CAB）執(zhí)行。
